Marni Montreal, President

Marni Montreal has a proven record of increased efficiencies, profits and awards throughout her career.  With over 20 years of hands-on retail experience,  she has improved the operations of world-class private and public resort, hotel, golf, spa/fitness and specialty retail shops in multiple states and countries.  

 

Prior to R&O Design Services, Marni most recently served as the Vice President of Strategic Club Operations:  Strategic Planning and Business Development for Lyle Anderson Golf Ltd - LAGL (a division of Lyle Anderson Company, Inc. - LACI).  In this role, she was responsible for the development and implementation of “Best Practices” for the Lyle Anderson Club Operations.  Marni consolidated applications for all club operations including streamlining general ledger involving definitions, utilization, point-of-sale configuration, annual budget development templates, documentation of corporate vendor/equipment programs, reviewing monthly financial performance for department level club operations, model department level operations for industry comparison and pro-forma development.  Her retail responsibilities included creation of centralized buying programs and systems, product sourcing and tracking for up to 150 vendors, retail execution templates and reporting tools, financial audit trails, point-of-sale and inventory configuration, shop design/build out, special event planning for retail requirements (PGA - European, LPGA, Senior PGA, CHAMPIONS TOUR, Member Events), customer service applications, inventory management and audit trail analysis, and staff training/hiring.

 

Prior to her Vice President role, Marni served as the Director of Corporate Retail Operations for Lyle Anderson Golf and Director of Retail for the Desert Mountain Golf Club.  In these roles, Marni developed and managed multiple locations.  By creating a number of innovative processes (including special events, business and service models), Marni strategically improved sales performance 52-71% and gross profit 95-111%.  Additional hands-on professional positions and experience include a variety of private and resort locations that contributed to professional growth and expanded retail opportunities for a comprehensive skill set.
